Plot Sales Paralegal - Yorkshire - Salary up to £25k

An exciting opportunity has come to market for an experienced paralegal to join one of the leading firms in the country within their real estate department. They are currently seeking to recruit an experienced plot sales paralegal to join a growing team. Having dealt with work of a similar nature previously, you will be confident in handling your own caseload and prioritising your work. Specific plot sales experience is a must!
You will have effective communications skills and develop and maintain client relationships and act as a point of contact for the clients. Attention to detail is also crucial and the successful candidate will consistently meet deadlines set. The role will involve drafting various legal documents as and when required and dealing with various enquiries.
It is essential that the candidate has strong IT skills and has had exposure to Excel, manipulating data and using pivot tables etc. The role offers fantastic experience and there are genuine opportunities for career progression in the longer term.
