Corporate Solicitor Northampton
Our client is a leading Northampton based practice with a great reputation for the quality of its work but also for its down to earth and friendly approach.
The corporate and commercial law team works on a wide range of matters. These include advising businesses of all kinds, in particular in the SME market, as well as private companies, partnerships and sole traders. The firm advise, management teams, start-ups debt providers, investors, directors and shareholders and insolvency practitioners. In recent years the team has undertaken a considerable amount of work within the Renewable Energy Sector.
The firm are forward thinking and are now considering some medium term succession planning issues. Naturally the firm are therefore looking to recruit someone with an ambition to achieve Equity Partnership within Northampton within the next 5 years. The preference in terms of candidate leans more towards a corporate lawyer with around 5-10 years’ experience, however there is a clear flexibility which means they could consider candidate outside this bracket.
