Accredited practice requires a Residential Conveyancer

Our client is forward-thinking legal practice based in Staffordshire. Their well-established team of lawyers cover a broad range of legal matters have a reputation for delivering quality advice to both business and personal clients. The practice has been awarded the CQS accreditation. The firm offers their employees a supportive working environment and due to expansion, they are now looking for an enthusiastic Residential Conveyancer to join their Property department.

The Role

Our well-regarded client is seeking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join the firm’s Stoke-on-Trent office. The position is offered on a full time permanent basis to applicants who are either a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive/FILEx or Paralegal. The role will involve independently handling your own conveyancing caseload. The Residential Conveyancer will be covering a varied range of residential conveyancing matters including searches, re-mortgages, right to buy, transfers of equity and land registry. You will be preparing documentation and using case management systems. An attractive salary and package would be on offer for the right applicant.

The Candidate

You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive/FILEx or Paralegal.
You will have solid experience in residential conveyancing.
You will have good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft computer packages.
It would be advantageous to have experience of case management systems.
