Residential Conveyancer

Our client, a highly regarded conveyancing specialist in Merseyside are continuing to grow due to continued success and new client wins and an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their large team.

The team acts for a number of well-established and large agencies and has a strong reputation for excellent client care. As a Residential Conveyancer you will be running a caseload of around 80 cases in the full remit of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, new builds, unregistered properties and shared ownership properties. Depending on experience you will also have the opportunity to play a key part in the supervision and mentoring of junior members of the team.

The ideal Residential Conveyancer will have at least 3 years' experience in a fee earning role, running a similar volume caseload in a variety of residential conveyancing matters. You will also be highly organised, self-motivated and an excellent communicator.
