Commercial Property Solicitor - Kent.
My clients real estate team deal with a range of commercial property work including purchase and sale transactions of commercial properties, drafting and negotiating new leases, tenancy agreements etc….
They are now looking to recruit another junior lawyer to join the team to assist with and also manage a caseload of commercial property matters along with helping to develop the department.
This role would suit a junior solicitor with up to 3 years PQE or a paralegal or legal executive with some experience of commercial property work.
NQ Solicitors must have completed a commercial property seat during training.
