Fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Residential Property Lawyer in Lincolnshire.

The Role
We are now seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join our clients’ thriving practice in the Grantham area. Becoming part of a growing team with CQS accreditation, the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases for a range of clients. Transactions will include: remortgages; equity release; shared ownership; right to buy and; transfers of equity. The ideal Lawyer will handle matters from instruction to post-completion and assist with business development activities for the department and firm as a whole.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a solid background in Residential Property.
You must have excellent technical and organisational skills.
You will be IT literate, with prior experience working with case management systems.
You will have excellent client care and communication skills across all levels.
You will be able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Additional expertise in commercial property is desirable but not essential.
