My client a Legal 500 firm require a Corporate Paralegal for their Surrey Office. Well regarded for their work with healthcare and their corporate work, they have built up a good reputation through centuries of practicing.
Job Title: Corporate Paralegal
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 +benefits
Location: Surrey
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Corporate Paralegal with strong knowledge of Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets and Private Equity. They will have good written and oral communication and either completed the LPC or with a view to completing, with strong academics.
