Junior- Mid level Legal Counsel

An exciting opportunity has just arisen for a talented legal counsel with at least 1 year PQE, with a leading TMT business with operations spanning the globe.  The successful candidate will be a commercially driven individual with strong academics and training gained within a recognisable law firm or in house equivalent.  In addition you will have accumulate commercial contracts experience post qualification. 

You will be working closely with a very high calibre, large and supportive team, and in proximity to your internal business clients. You will be awarded autonomy whilst being supported.  The role is very broad and will include the drafting and negotiation of a range of commercial contracts, you will be involved in procurement and technology projects, complex and high value sale and supply agreements, some joint venture work and be exposed to supporting some of this business’ portfolio of tech start-ups. 

This opportunity is permanent, though candidates with a notice period of less than 2 months will be advantaged due to the urgency of the hire.  They will consider individuals Commonwealth qualified as well as those seeking flexible or part-time working.
