12 Month FTC Credit Controller at International Law Firm – to £35,000

Expanding International law firm is looking to hire a new Credit Controller on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.  Duties will include chasing outstanding debts, liaising with Partners and clients and advising of any issues, supporting lawyers with reconciliations and other ad hoc debtor analysis, identifying any problem debts, meeting monthly team and individual cash collection and aging targets, ensuring all relevant details are provided for third party collection processes and agents, liaising with service providers on collections and undertaking any other ad-hoc duties as required.  Candidates should have a minimum two year’s Credit Control experience within the legal sector and should have an enthusiastic, positive and flexible approach to new challenges.  Applicants should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and should have strong IT skills.  Experience of MiniSoft ARCS 2G would be desirable, ideally alongside an integrated or independent finance system.
