Top 100 Law Firm Thrings LLP are currently hiring. The successful candidate will be a key member of Thrings LLP £1.1 million+ fee income, seven fee earner Property Litigation Team.

The specific role is for a solicitor to join the team and to be based in our Bristol office and assist the Partners and Associate in the Property Litigation team.

The purpose of the role will be to provide support to the team to enable it to continue its successful growth by servicing and winning clients, and also by ensuring the Team’s integration and service delivery with our Commercial Property Department (spread across 5 offices in Bath, Bristol, Southampton, Swindon and London) and also the other departments in the firm.

The successful candidate will be very enthusiastic about Property Litigation and looking to develop and acquire excellent technical expertise, excellent communication skills, be highly organised, committed to the law, a team player, and a successful and highly effective relationship-builder both in relation to the internal and external market.  An appetite, and ability, for business development will also be essential, as will presentation and advocacy skills. 

The Team’s caseload includes a strong emphasis on Landlord & Tenant claims and disputes, real property land based disputes and leasehold enfranchisement. The specialist areas of work that the successful candidate will develop experience in will include many if not all of the following:-

• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
• Real property and rural land disputes
• Leasehold Enfranchisement
