Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has recently become available for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a dynamic law firm based in Birmingham. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor whom is seeking a role in a more relaxed environment where there is a considerable amount of autonomy and flexibility. For the successful candidate there is the opportunity to perform substantial Business Development and develop your own caseload. Additionally, my client is also open to candidates whom are seeking flexible working hours, the ability to work remotely from home and part-time arrangements.

Skills and Responsibilities;

- Minimum 5 years PQE
- Must have experience dealing with broad range of Commercial Litigation files
- Experience dealing with Contract Disputes, negligence claims, property disputes, commercial advice
- Willing to perform considerable Business Development
- Strong IT skills
- Experience liaising with Counsel
- Strong litigation skills and Commercial awareness
