White-Collar Crime/Investigations Lawyer 2+ To £100,000
Rare opening at this top 10 City firm for an experienced white-collar crime/investigations lawyer to join this expanding department. You will work with financial institutions and large corporations in relation to complex internal and external investigations, litigation and regulatory enforcement proceedings on a range of matters, including money laundering, bribery and corruption, financial sanctions and fraud. Experience of regulatory investigations including FCA, SFO and law enforcement essential as is handling regulatory and enforcement agency requests and UK court orders. Also advantageous is knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in relation to anti-money laundering/terrorist financing, the UK Bribery Act, the Proceeds of Crime Act and financial sanctions.
