Our client, a Chambers UK ranked firm based in Cheshire prides themselves on a specialist tailored service dealing with solely commercial property matters. The firm have successfully grown since their inception and are looking to expanding further. Due to this need they are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to run a full caseload on a full time permanent basis. The role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor who is serious about furthering their career within a niche, friendly firm that provides good quality work catering to large corporate and commercial clients.
This opportunity will allow the Commercial Property Solicitor to run a full caseload of matters which will include but is not restricted to: buying, selling and letting of commercial premises, landlord and tenant matters and development sites. Applications for this Commercial Property Solicitor will be considered from qualified solicitors with at least 2-5 years' PQE who have dealt with a wide variety of Commercial Property matters and is technically sound. Ideally the Commercial Property Solicitor will be organised, IT proficient and a dedicated team player.
