RTA Fee Earner, Fareham

A fantastic permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced RTA Fee Earner to work for a well established Personal Injury private practice based in Fareham. Working in the RTA litigation team, you will manage a case load of fast track RTA and credit hire litigation matters.

Key responsibilites will include but not be limited to maintaining a task pad to required standards in terms of quality compliance as well as volume and age maintenance, managing a high volume of litigation where appropriate and using the correct Court documentation and fully understanding Court procedure.

The successful candidate will have solid RTA experience, ideally a minimum of 12 months and applications are being considered from qualified solicitors, experienced Fee Earners and Legal Executives.
