Should you be a Paralegal with experience of Section 8s and Section 21s, our client would love to speak to you as they're an focusing on residential lettings and management.
You'll be working with a legal team that has regular interactions with Local Authorities and landlords.
Clear and precise communication skills are required as you'll regularly be liaising with local authorities, landlords, clients and solicitors.
You will also need to have a good understanding of landlord and tenant law, so that you're able to hold professional conversations with all stakeholders and solicitors.
To be considered for the role, you'll need to have completed your LPC. Working experience of S8s and S21s is imperative.
