Our client is a leading pan-offshore law firm entering an exciting period of expansion in the Caribbean.
The firm's successful corporate team acts for a large number of fund managers, investment and private banks, institutional investors, boutique investment firms, insurance groups, pension funds, private equity houses and trust companies. The team handles a wide range of international corporate M&A, capital markets, joint venture, restructuring and commercial transactions.
You will have a strong academic and professional background and have gained at least three years of corporate finance experience at a top-tier (ideally magic or silver circle) UK, Australian, New Zealand or other international law firm known for its corporate finance practice.
