Private Client Solicitor (1-4 PQE)

A very reputable law firm based in the City with a strong focus on growing their Private Client practice are looking to further expand their team with the hire of a solicitor between 1-4 PQE.

The team are known for their vast expertise on a wide variety of private client matters. The practice deal with succession planning offering advice on inheritance tax and Capital gains tax mitigation. The team offer advice on wills and trust preparation advising; wealthy individuals, beneficiaries, families and trustee's as well as executors. Furthermore, the practice possess significant expertise protecting estates involving property and land.

This vacancy represents the opportune time to join a growing team and work directly with Partners that are very highly respected within their field. Due to the size of the team, you will be heavily involved in a wide spectrum of Private Client matters and advise wealthy families on drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and provide specialist advice on tax planning and trusts.

The successful applicant will have good academics and would have gained a minimum of 1 year experience within a reputable City or regional law firm.
