Head of Residential Property

Our client is a nationwide law firm based in West Sussex and they are recruiting for a Head of Residential Property Solicitor to join them on a permanent basis.

The role will be to head up the Residential Property team. Matters will generally be complex, such as offshore or other unconventional cases. As the role will require the successful solicitor to be building up the team, the client is keen to meet candidates who are ambitious, enthusiastic and motivational.

Successful candidates are required to have prior experience working with high net worth residential property matters, as a lawyer or legal executive, and should be able to handle a residential property caseload autonomously. Previous experience in management is beneficial but not essential.
