We have noticed a marked increase in the demand for locum Residential Property Lawyers within the Essex and Hertfordshire regions to cover periods of holiday cover and sickness.
Candidates are required to have experience in dealing with the following:
- Freehold and leasehold properties
- New Builds
- Shared Ownership
- Transfers of Equity
- Re-mortgages
Previous experience of working as a locum is beneficial but clients are also open to experienced lawyers entering the locum market for the first time. Clients will frequently look to re-book their locums for future periods of cover.
The ability to work without supervision is essential.
Hourly rates are competitive and vary between £25.00 to £35.00 per hour.
