Private Client Solicitor
The Firm
My Client is a well established high street practice based in East Lancashire. They provide a wide range of services to individuals and businesses both locally and regionally. They now seek to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to their growing Private Client department.
The firm prides itself on the commitment to client excellence and career progression/training for their employees.
The Role
You will work on the full spectrum of private client work, wills, probate, estate administration, powers of attorney, court of protection and will handle your own caseload under the Supervision of the Head of Private Client.
You will provide support to the other departments from a private client perspective and will assist the firm in obtaining law society wills and probate accreditation
Suitable Applicants
The firm are seeking applications from Solicitors who are at least 3 years PQE.
You will have gained excellent exposure to a wide variety of Private Client matters however you will receive on-going training from the senior partner who is Head of the Private Client department.
It is essential that you have excellent client care skills, a commitment to LEXCEL working practices and the ability to network and generate new work.
You must be able to work with a case management system and it is desirable that you can do your own typing.
The salary is dependent upon experience/PQE levels however it would be circa £27,000 to £36,000.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain more exposure to quality Private Client work and more complex matters.
