Corporate PSL 6+ To £100,000
This popular City firm is looking to hire an experienced fee-earner or existing PSL to work with the corporate finance team on significant mandates for clients in the public markets. The role could also involve some fee-earning in addition to know-how, marketing and business development, training and education. Strong academics essential as well as experience in both ECM and public takeover practice. The position could be on a full-time or part-time basis with some travel required.
