Corporate Finance/ Funds lawyer 4+ years PQE CAYMAN ISLANDS

Commercial law firm in the Cayman Islands is seeking to recruit a Corporate lawyer of at least four years’ PQE and with experience in one or more of the following areas: Banking, Structured Finance, Capital Markets, Mutual Funds, Private Equity funds, Asset Finance and general Corporate law. The applicant should be able to manage a large caseload with minimal supervision and to work effectively as part of a larger team. The applicant will also be responsible for managing other persons working with them on their files, which includes the mentoring and training of junior associates and articled clerks. Applicants must demonstrate a consistent ability and willingness to engage in business development initiatives.
