An outstanding opportunity exists at this offshore law firm in Jersey, for a Litigator/ Advocate with at least 8 years’ court room experience (not necessarily in Jersey Court) to assume a full and varied caseload with an emphasis on civil and commercial litigation files. The work will be challenging and will require the appointed person to have proficiency in contentious trust matters, fraud, asset-tracing and recovery.
