Aviation Finance lawyer 2+ years’ PQE LONDON

Commercial law firm in London has an exciting opportunity for an Associate of 2 or more years’ PQE to join their Aviation Finance team in London, working for some of their key international airline clients. The team is increasingly busy on a range of transactions for both lenders and borrowers, with a wide variety of deal sizes. They are recognised in the legal directories and are very much on an upward trajectory in terms of profile and deal type. The role entails drafting and negotiating operating leases, new fleet documentation, novations, returns and engineering and servicing contracts. You will take ownership over a number of matters and clients. Most of the team's work is international, which includes co-ordinating overseas lawyers in several jurisdictions. Our client welcomes applications from Aviation finance specialists and also from lawyers currently working in general Banking and Finance who can demonstrate an interest in Aviation Finance.
