Private Client lawyer 2+ years’ PQE LONDON

Outstanding opportunity to join this law firm in London offering Private Client matters of the highest quality. The team advises on international and domestic trusts and estates, with particular regard to multi-jurisdictional tax and inheritance issues as well as international asset structuring. They are very experienced in advising international families, private banks, fiduciary groups and high net worth individuals and have particular expertise in advising so-called “new money” clients (entrepreneurs and members of the finance industry), as well as the more traditional “old money” clients (landed estates) on a full range of private client trust and tax planning matters. They now require an Associate of 2 or more years' PQE to work on a full range of Private Client Trust and Tax Planning matters, receiving work from several partners within the department.  The client base is made up of high net worth individuals and the work often has a significant offshore or international element.  Specific duties will include: • Advising on Trusts and Tax planning • Management of tax driven projects • Drafting Wills and Trust documentation. This role will suit someone who has good people skills and who is looking to develop their career within a friendly and collegiate team that is widely recognised for its expertise in this area.  Ideally you will have offshore Tax and Trusts experience.
