Commercial Property/ Charities Property lawyer 2+ years’ PQE

Commercial law firm in London is looking to recruit a Commercial property lawyer of 2 or more years’ PQE to undertake both Charities Property and Ecclesiastical Property matters. The successful candidate will join a highly regarded team providing for the legal needs of 9 Church of England dioceses and many other charitable clients. The role will involve undertaking an exceptional variety of high quality Property transactions including charity property disposals and acquisitions, commercial leases, assisting with major development projects and a range of unusual and interesting instructions. You will take a lead in supporting and developing the client relationship with a key diocesan client and provide legal advice across Property, Ecclesiastical, Charities and Trusts law. You will be committed to working be committed to working with and developing long-term relationships with church and charity clients and have the capacity needed to be able to deal with the full range of legal challenges this role brings. Our client will welcome applications from Commercial Property/ Real Estate lawyers who can demonstrate an interest in Charities Property and Ecclesiastical Property law. If you happen to have any experience in Charities Property and/or Ecclesiastical Property law that would be great but it is by no means essential to have such experience to be considered for this role.
