Agricultural Property lawyer 3+ years’ PQE SOUTHAMPTON

Commercial law firm in Southampton requires an Agricultural Property lawyer of 3 or more years’ PQE. The team acts for agricultural clients and land owners.  Range of work will include sales and purchases of agricultural land, grants of easements and wayleaves, farm business tenancies and agricultural holdings, option agreements and redevelopment of agricultural buildings.  The candidate will also gain an understanding of the tax implications of rural land and property management decisions on family or charitable trusts. The ideal candidate will either have an Agricultural Property background or a solid Commercial Property background with a genuine interest in acting for farmers and landowners.  It is not essential to have done Agricultural work previously as we our client is willing to retrain the right person.
