Commercial Property Solicitor - Education and Charities

A great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with experience in Charities and Education premises to join a top tier commercial law firm based in central Southampton.

The role
The firm attracts some of the countries largest charities and the regions top schools, and due to expansion and a growing demand, a new role has been created with a specific focus on these two areas. Included in the scope of the role there will also be associated work including but not limited to:

• Commercial landlord & tenant matters
• Development work, including development agreements, infrastructure agreements, planning agreements and site set-up
• Acquisition and disposal of properties
• Joint ventures and collaboration agreements
• Commercial leases

The candidate
The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the areas listed under the role description above. In addition, they will need to have strong IT skills, be commercially aware with excellent drafting and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills along with a desire to deliver the highest level of client care is a must. There is scope to join the firm at any level, including lateral partner moves.
