The role
The role encompasses the full range of residential conveyancing matters, which also includes landlord & tenant, social housing as well as development work. 

The candidate
There is some flexibility here and we would encourage applications from Fee earners; either Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with good quality experience in high value conveyancing matters who are ready for a career step with a very high quality firm. You should be confident to join the team and run your own case load of Residential Property Conveyancing matters without the need for supervision.
