Corporate Solicitor (2+PQE) -

A very rare opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to work within this top regional firm's Corporate department. Ideally you will be 2+ PQE and have a grounding in mergers and acquisitions, equity matters and reorganisations. The ideal person will show a real drive and determination to succeed in the Corporate sector.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the partners of the firm and be exposed to a wide range of Corporate matters, promising a fast and exciting workload. The firm have numerous high profile clients and advise some of the top global corporations on a wide range of matters.

If you feel you are an ambitious and forward thinking Corporate Solicitor who has a desire to grow their career within a well established firm then this could very well be the role for you.
