A well established firm with an ambitious yet friendly approach now requires an experienced commercial property associate to join their existing team.
The commercial property department provides a service which covers all aspects of the construction and property industry - development and investment, planning, secured lending, landlord and tenant, agricultural and residential. They have developed a reputation for having one of the best regarded and largest dedicated property teams within any firm outside London.
The firm would also expect you to be able to develop the role. The firm have a foothold regionally with many large businesses and it just requires someone dogged and determined to realise the full potential out there.
A solicitor with 4 + years experience gained within a well regarded city, regional or national firm with a well developed knowledge in all areas of commercial property law and a particular bias towards development and/or secured lending work is ideal for this role. He/she would be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients.
