Our client is looking for a Lawyer (Barrister or Solicitor) with a minimum of 2 years PQE and a 2:1 obtained at degree level. Candidates must have litigation experience and familiarity in managing their own case load.
The successful candidate will be working in a busy team, therefore they must be able to advise on the development and review of regulatory codes, provide legal advice in answer to complex compliance enquiries and support face to face negotiations.
Candidates will be dealing with claims in the Administrative Court for judicial review. Additionally candidates will be dealing with duties appeals in the First Tier Tribunal (Tax Chamber). The work will be document heavy; therefore the successful candidate must be a motivated, self-starter with excellent organisational skills.
