This is an opportunity for a career role with a large firm which can offer excellent working conditions, good quality work and no commuting!!  

The successful candidate will have their own caseload and the opportunity to gain excellent experience working alongside an established and experienced team in a large commercial centre on the coast.

The role will involve handling your own caseload, reporting to the Partner within the department.  The caseload will include joint ventures and shareholder’ agreements, management buy-outs and buy-ins and business growth strategy in a wide variety of industry sectors.  

Ideally you will have between 1 and 3 years PQE.  You should have a good technical grounding and be able to present technical legal issues in a clear, approachable and professional way.  In addition to this, you should be able to develop successful client relationships and have an appetite for business development

Sailing, water sports and countryside pursuits are not mandatory but are available in the area and present the opportunity to enjoy a more balanced work/life.
