Commercial Lawyer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer with 1-5 years PQE to join the established legal team of an East Midlands based multinational organisation.

Our client has shown phenomenal growth both in the UK and the US in recent years, however due to a recent acquisition more legal work is expected from Europe as well. The company provides a variety of services to an array of large, blue chip organisations and as such the work is varied in nature - although primarily focused on general commercial matters.

The successful individual will be responsible for:
- Drafting, negotiating and tracking a broad range of commercial agreements with both suppliers and clients.
- Support the department on acquisition and merger work as required.
- Advise the business on a range of legal issues including contract, property, litigation, intellectual property and new ventures.

Lawyers with experience from either a large commercial law firm or from another in-house legal role will be highly suited to this opportunity.
