IN HOUSE LAWYER – ST HELLIER – JERSEY

Our client are a global advisory company with international interests. They have a strong reputation advising clients on innovative investments and have a strong professional management standard.

They are looking for a lawyer confident with regulated environments to join their team in Jersey. The successful candidate will be joining a close team and responsibilities will include:

Managing external law firm advisors

Advising on regulations in multiple jurisdictions

Company secretarial duties – new share issues, statutory regulations

Plus corporate duties – sale and purchase agreements, managing outsourcing contracts, employment contract.

Some compliance work, although the company does already have a compliance officer.

Candidates admitted in United Kingdom and Jersey would be advantageous.
