Corporate/ Funds Associate, NQ - Channel Islands
We are currently working with a number of the leading offshore firms in the Channel Islands, who are looking to hire Corporate/Funds NQs to join their Jersey or Guernsey based practices.
The roles will involve advising on a broad range of corporate issues, as well as a particular focus towards funds work. You will be advising on large, complex, international transactions as well as assisting with business development.
The successful candidates will have experience in the corporate or funds department of a well-regarded UK firm, as well as a strong academic background. They will have a keen interest in undertaking a broad range of work as well as significant responsibility at an early stage.
