PROJECT FINANCE/ BANKING PARALEGAL - IN-HOUSE ROLE

My client, an international bank, requires a couple of paralegals to join them on a busy project.

The successful candidates will be supporting the team on various project finance transactions. Duties will include:​

  • Analysing a series of project finance contracts to establish all relevant deadlines.
  • Conducting legal research.
  • Assisting in drafting a wide range of legal documentation, including general banking and project finance documentation.
You will need to have at least two years experience within banking or project finance. You will have an excellent understanding of finance documents, a keen eye for detail and be a real team player.
