Banking and Finance Lawyer - Oman

Banking & Finance Lawyer required. Our client are an award winning law firm in the heart of Oman's bustling finance and business district and after a period of consolidation, are now looking to enhance their Banking & Finance department with the hire of a junior Banking & Finance lawyer. With that in mind, we are now inviting interest from experienced Banking and Finance lawyers at the beginning of their career looking to practice law in the Middle East.

The law firm in question are widely recognised as having a very strong hold on the local Omani market whilst maintaining an equal mix of both local and international clients. Their Banking and Finance team in particular is sought out as one of the premium leaders in the sector in both conventional and Islamic finance transactions. Having restructured their teams of late to make room for new clientele, a unique opportunity has arisen for a junior banking & finance lawyer to join the department.

In order to be considered further for this opportunity we ask that you have between 1 - 3 years PQE and be keen on developing your career in the finance sector long term. It is a requirement that at least 2 of your training contracts seats would have been finance related and you hold a valid license to practice law. A number of the firms clients are UK based therefore those lawyers qualified to practice law in England & Wales will hold a strong advantage.
