The Client
Our Client is a long established high street practice with two offices in Greater Manchester.
They are recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancer to handle a full and varied caseload.
The Role
You will be dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions including sales or purchases of freehold/leasehold property, shared equity/ownership, new build, equity release, remortgages, help to buy and right to buy.
You will become part of a well run, friendly team where you will be given a high level of responsibility from the outset.
The Candidate
You will be an experienced Conveyancer with extensive experience in handling a broad spectrum of conveyancing transactions.
You will have strong client care skills and be able to deal with matters in a professional and friendly manner.
The salary on offer is dependent on experience and potentially in the range of £25,000 to £35,000+.
