An excellent opportunity has arisen for a legal assistant to join a growing government owned pensions services company on a temporary basis. 

With the growth of the company there is an increased work load under the investments and legal function. Focusing on investment transfer in respect of  private equity, infrastructure and credit, the role will involve the following:

• Liaising with Fund Managers
• Monitoring and recording asset transfer communications
• KYC and AML matters
• Collating/drafting and completing relevant documentation
• Assisting with ensuring corporate and regulatory requirements

Previous funds paralegal experience is preferred, however the client will also consider law graduates with outstanding academics (minimum of a commendation in the LPC) and previous work experience.
