The Role: Locum Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Winchester
Salary: £40-£50 per hour DOE
Contract type: Locum
An established firm based in Winchester is looking to recruit a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to join this firm on a long term basis due to increased workloads. The firm are proud to offer a wide range of legal services which includes a dedicate Commercial Property team. Backed by a specialist team of legal experts the successful applicant will enjoy a supportive environment.
This opportunity will allow the Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to hit the ground running and run a full caseload of transactions which will include:
- Buying
- Selling and letting of commercial premises
- Landlord and tenant matters and lease extensions
- Agricultural property
Ideally the successful Locum Commercial Property Solicitor will be a qualified solicitor or equivalent with at least 5 years' PQE* who is technically sound and confident in their work. The Locum Commercial Property Solicitor will be able to hit the ground running and make a positive contribution to the Commercial Property team on a locum basis.
