My client a top legal 500 personal injury law firm is looking for a Counter Claims Litigation Legal Advisor, to join them on a fresh vibrant team of counter claims fee earners in their Liverpool branch.

The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and dealing with counter claims. We would be happy to discuss the role with strong RTA Litigators with some previous experience but a strong desire to move into this specialism is required.

The role would suit a candidate with around 3 years experience running a litigated RTA caseload, ideally including Defendant and Counter claims. The role would involve running approximately 175 Fast Track RTA files to quantum disposal or liability trials where necessary. You will be target driven with strong technical and tactical knowledge.

This would be a very rewarding role for a strong RTA fee earner who is looking for more of a challenge day to day.
