I am currently looking for a Qualified Lawyer to join a global leading Private Funds team.
You would be joining a renowned team working with very high value transactions and a list of high calibre clients that is still growing. They are an immensely attractive firm to clients and are never short of high quality work.
You would be advising private fund sponsors in relation to the structuring and establishments of private funds investing across all major alternative investment strategies.
You would also be advising on a broad range of other transactions relating to private funds including secondary transactions and fund restructurings.
The ideal candidate must be:
- 2-4 years PQE
- Have Private Funds experience in a highly regarded Law Firm
- Have strong academics
