A highly regarded firm with an easy commute out of London is looking for Associates to join their Corporate / Commercial team on a fixed term contract basis. With a mixed international and regional client base you will experience a high quality of work within a close knit team based environment.

To be considered for these opportunities you will be a qualified CoCo Lawyer, either with experience in a leading UK practice or from a top tier firm in Australia / NZ or similar. You will preferably have a mixed skillset across both commercial and corporate matters, M&A transactional work and drafting of complex commercial contracts.

The work on offer is best suited to a 1-4 year PQE Associate.
