Our client, a leading National law firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their reputable Commercial Property team.

The firm is a leading name in the legal market and due to their prowess in the market they have been able to attract and maintain an enviable client base. Their Commercial Property team act for a varied client base across multiple sectors.

Due to both an increased in workload and as part of their continuing growth they are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor.

This exciting Commercial Property Solicitor role will see you acting for a wide range of clients working on various commercial property transactions including the acquisition and disposal of both leasehold and freehold property and development related matters. With outstanding communication skills and a flair for business development, the ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will be encouraged to be involved in the marketing of the firm.

The successful candidate is likely to be newly qualified and show a genuine drive for developing their career in commercial property. You are likely to have trained at a leading regional or national firm and will come from an excellent academic background.
