Corporate 2-5 years PQE
Excellent opportunity for a mid level Corporate lawyer to join a top 20 UK law firm based in the heart of the City. The firm is full service and acts for a client base that covers global corporate organisations, AIM listed companies, PE funds as well as entrepreneurial owner businesses.
The role is varied and you will work on a broad range of corporate matters with a slight focus on private equity involving acting for management teams on management buy outs, management buy ins backed by private equity. You will also advice on M&A, board advice and partnerships and restructuring matters.
You will ideally have gained minimum 2 years PQE with a mid-sized or City law firm and now looking to join a growing practice that can offer you high quality work and genuine career progression opportunities.
