Appealing position for a junior Corporate Lawyer to join an outstanding, international law firm in the MENA region.
My clients are looking to recruit a Corporate lawyer with a minimum of 2 years experience in general corporate / commercial law. You should be well acquainted in critiquing and drafting contracts, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and have a good awareness of structuring and restructuring.
The team the successful Corporate Lawyer will be joining is composed of lawyers from a variety of jurisdictions who have individually brought with them unrivalled levels of prior expertise. This has led them to being at the leading edge within the market place and the go to team for both international and local clients.
This position has become available due to a recent departure within the firm. This presents an advantageous opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer who has between 2 to 4 years’ experience. Lawyers with past experience within the MENA region will be looked upon favourably.
