Property Investment Paralegal

Our client, an international law firm based in the City, has an urgent requirement for an experienced plot sales/residential conveyancing paralegal in their Far East Property Investment team.

Initially joining on a 3-month fixed term contract, you will immediately become a key part of the team, managing a high volume caseload of plot sales files for Far East property investors purchasing high value properties in Central London. Building on your existing experience of plot sales, you will be exposed to the full conveyancing process including reservations, exchange, completion and all post-completion tasks including SDLT and Land Registry applications.

You should ideally have at least 6-12 months experience in a similar plot sales/high volume residential conveyancing paralegal role and be looking to apply this at a highly achieving international City law firm. You will have an excellent academic bacground including a minimum 2:1 in your undergraduate degree and you will preferably have already completed the LPC. You should have specific experience of drafting residential contracts, managing completion schedules and direct exposure to plot sales.
