Marketing Lawyer

Our client an outsourcing business based in Berkshire is seeking a lawyer with strong marketing and advertising experience to join their in-house team for 3 months. There is also some flexibility to work from their London office if desired.

You will be working within an expansive organisation with exposure to multiple exciting marketing projects that you will be leading and assisting on. In this role you are completely integrated into the business and will work closely with multiple teams; including product & marketing. You will also have exposure to cross-jurisdictional work and be encouraged to build strong relationships with the legal teams spread across the globe as well as senior stakeholders and executives.

You will be responsible for providing legal advice to the business to ensure that the organisation is compliant with all relevant data protection legislation and be confident in advising the business on consumer matters as well as consumer related policies.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with strong experience in marketing and advertising law and must possess considerable commercial acumen. You will also be generous with your expertise and prepared to share your skills and knowledge with others. Experience within a regulated environment would be ideal but is not compulsory.
