Construction Associate (non-contentious) FTC

Due to increasing workload, an opportunity has arisen for a Construction Associate with non-contentious construction / real estate experience to join a highly regarded firm based just outside Central London on an initial fixed term contract. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of high quality work, take an integral role in delivering complex and strategic work to a range of regional and international clients whilst offering genuine work/life balance and ongoing career opportunities.

As part of the wider Real Estate team you will be involved in the following matters:

- commercial developments and investments

- advising on a broad range of construction documents, standard and bespoke forms

- new build and fit out projects

- transport and infrastructure projects

- industrial development projects

To be considered you will be a qualified Lawyer with training in a top City or regional firm within construction or real estate. You will have excellent academics, interpersonal skills and be looking for an opportunity to take on a broad role within a busy, collegiate team based environment.
